About the event

"The snow moon is the name of the full moon that occurs in February. Full moons are considered a powerful time for manifestation, associated with heightened emotions, intuition, and spiritual energy. Full moons are often seen as a time for releasing what no longer serves us and setting future intentions."

Let's use this Februarys' full moon in Virgo ( Snow Moon) as an opportunity to turn inward and examine our emotions, thoughts, and beliefs. Taking time to rest and prepare our mind, body, and spirit before the new season.

Sauna Social will be joining us for this event at the beautiful Historic St. Joseph Hall in downtown Indianapolis. Book your appointment ahead of time at and get 10% off with the code KATI10 .

Our first wellness class will begin promptly at 9:00 AM of guided stretching led by Heather Chaney, followed by a yoga class themed around the Virgo Moon with Arie McKenzie at 10:00 AM. Carlos Hernandez is back with a meditative sound bath to soothe our souls at 11AM.

There will be a fifteen minute break between classes. **Feel free to mindfully leave a class to sauna and quietly return when finished except during the Sound Bath. Please do not disturb the room from 11 - 11:45AM.

DJ Rusty will provide the perfect background music for our experience.

Friends, I have decided to host (and enjoy!) this event and am excited to introduce my friend and colleague, Arie McKenzie, teaching the yoga portion of this Brunch. Arie hosts a monthly moon circle, astrology update and self-study workshop. She also teaches yoga at Myriad :)

Indulge in a bottomless hot brunch served from noon until 2:00 PM, accompanied by a refreshing mimosa and your choice of one beer, wine, or cocktail.

Bring a yoga mat, journal and any props you like for a long Savasana during the Sound Bath. (Examples: blankets, pillows, blocks and/or bolsters)
