"The coaching program came along at just the right time for me! I was looking for a more holistic fitness/training program that would be sustainable for the long run, even after the program ended. I needed a program that would help me to understand nutrition, give me structure, and help me feel strong in my body no matter what I weighed. I ultimately wanted to feel strong and healthy and have a better relationship with my body and with food. Ariela’s coaching program helped me achieve those goals!
Before I started the program, I really struggled to find a routine and build an exercise regimen. I also was wanting to understand more of how food effects the body and just eat healthier overall. Through the program, I was able to get into a routine, have accountability, and learn more about nutrition in a way I hadn’t had access to before.
More than anything, one of the things I appreciated the most out of this program is that Ariela wanted to make sure clients like me felt good in their bodies, worked toward a healthier self-esteem, and practiced mindfulness. I believe all those things are needed for a healthy relationship with your body. Since the program has ended, I have had the tools (and the practice) to continue exercising on my own/by myself which has been very useful since the gyms have been closed during COVID. Ultimately, I felt like I was set up well to continue having healthy rhythms for myself and continue caring for my body in ways that make me feel strong and give me energy!"

Overall I was able to lose fat and gain lean muscle. One inhibition I always had to strength training was “getting bulky”, but that was not the case at all, especially with the variety of exercises and activities I had sprinkled throughout the week.
